After
some months of unavoidable delays, the Paraphilia Books imprint has been retired.
Some of the titles have already been transferred to Oneiros Books. The
remaining titles will be rereleased by Apophenia – the new Paraphilia Magazine
affiliated imprint – in the coming months. More titles will arrive before the
end of the year. Apophenia is not open to unsolicited submissions.

Since there still seems to be some confusion: There won’t be
any more Paraphilia Magazine issues beyond the 16 that were produced between
2009 and 2012. The issue/journal format ran its course and was retired in
December 2012. It may be resurrected sometime down the road, in a revamped
form, but for the time being it’s resting peacefully. The magazine has
officially morphed into the more regularly updated Periodical that launched on
March, 22, 2013. You could think of the Periodical as a massive, ever expanding
and ever evolving “issue” to which new content will be added in spurts.

Paraphilia Magazine is temporarily closed to unsolicited submissions. The doors will reopen soon, though.
To everyone who’s submitted work for the upcoming Periodical launch: Those who make the cut will receive confirmation sometime in March. Please be patient, there’s a mountain of material to ingest.

Open call and deadline announcement: Paraphilia Magazine’s new rolling format will make its debut in March. Anyone hoping to be included in that launch must have their material in by Thursday February 14th. If you’re not sure what Paraphilia is looking for, please explore the magazine itself.
